Why is this academy/course different?
getfast.gg is the first simracing academy which is really interactive. After lessons with a practical part you’ll open a session for practice and for taking the exam. Each test is specifically designed for the corresponding lecture and uses our software to check whether you are applying what you have learned correctly.
Which simulation does the software work with?
The software only works with iRacing.
How does an exam work?
For each exam, you get an overview what needs to be done. You then spin up a iRacing session with the needed car, track and conditions. Our software recognizes this, analyzes your driving and displays how you do. In exam mode it then generate a rating.
Can I retake an exam?
Yes you can take exams and quizes as often as you like. If you want to have a complete gold rating, practicing and retaking the exam afterwards is the way to go.
What does the software check?
It depends on the lesson you took: When it comes to braking, the software checks whether you are applying the braking technique you have learned and evaluates how well you are doing. When it comes to steering, your steering is analyzed, and so on. This is much more than a time trial.
